CREATIVE COLLECTION FOR
CHRISTMAS 2020 IN VIETNAM
THE SANTA CLAUS
In Vietnam, Santa Claus was given the name “Noel Grandpa”, due to the image of a huge but gentle Western man with white curly beard, who ride the reindeers across the sky and give gifts to the good children. And Vietnamese loves him, despite the differences in appearance!
After years of “migration” to Vietnam, [“Noel grandpa” must have been dwelled into Vietnamese culture] – so we thought. Hence, we imagine a series of joyful outdoor activities he can do with the locals in our lovely country.
Inspiration
Unlike the frozen weather in North Pole, Vietnam weather is warm. Thus Vietnamese has a wide range of exciting outdoor activities.
With inspiration from familiar daily activities, VAN•HOA hopes the journey of Vina Santa will bring warmth and joy, especially for the expats who are working in Vietnam and unable to come home this Christmas due to the pandemic.
And yes, at least one of our postcard was sent to a pretty lady’s home country, so her family will be assured of her safety in Vietnam.
